| EXHIBITOR POLICIES AND
INFORMATION 1. Show hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday and 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Thursday. Craft hours at the High School will be 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday. 2. All exhibits must be in place by 9:30 a.m., Wednesday. Exhibit tear down will not begin before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. A CHECK WILL BE MADE AT 5:30 P.M. ON THURSDAY TO SEE THAT YOUR BOOTH OR LOT IS STILL INTACT. If you must leave early, check in with the Expo Office located under the Grandstand. 3. Exhibitors must be Dealers for the products shown on their lot or in their booth. If not, an additional lot or booth fee will be assessed. 4. Passes may be obtained from Gene and Dixie DeBolt prior to Show. (402) 244-5434 or (402) 244-5471. NO VEHICLE WILL BE ADMITTED INTO THE SHOW AREA WITHOUT A PASS. Exhibitor parking will be provided south of the show area. 5. Electrical service is available. Exhibitors must furnish their own extension cords. Do not dig, trench or auger on your exhibit lot without first contacting show management. Any damage to power lines, telephone lines or water lines due to unauthorized digging will be repaired at your expense. 6. Fork lifts will be available to assist in unloading. Check with show officials on the grounds for fork lifts. 7. Security personnel will be on duty in the evening from 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 8. Please enter the show area at the north gate from U.S. Highway 20. 9. LIVESTOCK: Livestock owners will be responsible for their livestock and any damage that may occur. Producers will need to provide their own water tanks, bedding, etc. Livestock trailers and vehicles will need to be kept in designated parking areas. All Exhibitors Will Be Responsible For Their Own Exhibits And Products In Case Of Weather, Vandalism, Theft, Personal Injury, Etc. |
